Are you a dedicated and knowledgeable deputy manager looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Assessments Team as a Deputy Manager for Children's Residential Care.

Our Lutterworth home provides short-term, therapeutic intervention and trauma support for 7 to 18 year olds. The assessment home offers young people security, support, and stabilisation in a nurturing and peaceful environment over 12 weeks.

As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and managing staff working in a care role. You will also be required to have a thorough knowledge of Ofsted regulations and expectations, relevant legislation, and Quality Standards.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and team leader skills, a full UK driving licence, and the right to work in the UK with no restrictions. A keen interest in the outdoors is essential, and activities experience/qualifications are desirable.

Successful employment is subject to satisfactory Full Enhanced Disclosure, right to work, and reference checks in line with government regulations and Safer Recruitment Practices.
