HR Generalist and ER Specialist
The One Group is offering a rewarding opportunity for an experienced HR generalist/ER specialist to join its warm and welcoming HR team in St Neots or Welwyn Garden City.
As a key member of the HR team, you will provide expert guidance and coaching to managers on disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management. You will also be responsible for mitigating employment-associated risks by following policies and procedures, and supporting managers in making informed decisions.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will also be essential in formulating clear pathways to resolve complex issues.
In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a generous holiday allowance that increases with length of service. You will also benefit from regular, good quality management support, a contributory pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
While the majority of your time will be spent working on-site, there may be occasional opportunities to work from home. The base location will be either St Neots or Welwyn Garden City, whichever is most convenient for you.
