Role Overview

Wattbike is an exciting brand with a big future, and we're looking for a Delivery & Service Technician to support our team as we continue to grow. Our customers include the biggest sports teams and athletes across the Premier League, NBA, NHL, NFL, national rugby teams, and more, as well as thousands of everyday athletes at home.

This role will join a passionate and established team, helping ensure that our customers get the best possible service in the delivery, installation, and upkeep of their bikes. You will be involved in the daily delivery and collections of Wattbikes across the UK, requiring reliability and due diligence in contacting customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery & Location Servicing: Delivery and collection of Wattbikes at locations throughout the UK
  • Installation of new Wattbikes
  • Provide a great service to our customers - being friendly, helpful, and efficient, and keeping the customer up to date on arrival times
  • Complete delivery reports as required
  • Ensure a flow of communication as needed with the wider internal Operations team
  • Make sure the company vehicle is well maintained and clean, ready for the next delivery
  • General warehouse duties if required

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role is ideal
  • A passion for excellent customer service
  • Be flexible, self-motivated, reliable, and punctual
  • Good and confident planner and communicator
  • Must be happy with early mornings and lots of driving
  • Full UK driving license with 3 years driving experience, and no more than 3 points on your license
