About the Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing and implementing our company's compliance policies and procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing internal processes and operations to identify and resolve potential compliance issues.

The salary for this role is estimated at $120,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the required level of experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive compliance programs to ensure regulatory compliance across all business units.
  2. Analyze and assess risks associated with new products and initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
  3. Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability.
  4. Maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and external partners to stay informed about changing regulations and industry developments.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance management, preferably in the financial asset management industry.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
