Job Description

The role of a Compliance and Health & Safety Partner is crucial in ensuring that our organization remains compliant with relevant laws and regulations. This position involves managing the compliance framework, implementing compliance management software, and monitoring contractor performance using key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Compliance Framework Management: The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and administering companywide coordination related to compliance, ensuring that all property-related health and safety information is kept on record and updated as required.
  2. Software Implementation: They will implement compliance management software and monitor contractor performance using key performance indicators.
  3. Collaboration: The successful candidate will work closely with the Property Services Manager and Head of Property Services to ensure we remain compliant with health and safety legislation.
  4. Reporting: They will provide and present written/verbal reports as required on compliance and maintain up-to-date compliance knowledge by participating in training opportunities as required by the business.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Working Knowledge: The ideal candidate should have an excellent working knowledge of compliance systems and health and safety administrative processes.
  • Experience: Experience of monitoring & evaluation, preparing, writing and presenting reports, leading and delivering projects/programmes, and project management is essential.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £38,500 per annum, based on experience, making it a competitive offer for someone looking to develop their career in compliance and health and safety.
