We are recruiting a Risk and Compliance Graduate, we’d love you to be part of our journey.

Having a robust risk and control framework in place across our business is integral to achieving our vision. You’ll develop the knowledge to understand and manage risks, opportunities and regulatory requirements that we as a business face. You’ll be exposed to our different risk and compliance teams, getting to know our brand and business.

The programme will provide you with the key foundations and learnings, essential for building a career in risk and compliance. As the programme progresses, you’ll challenge yourself to own and drive workstreams and start to take on more.

Daily tasks will include:

- Gaining vital exposure to our different risk and compliance teams
- Understanding what regulatory bodies such as the FCA, ICO, OfCom and FCA and ASA look for
- Developing a thorough knowledge of our policies and procedures, to ensure they reflect current regulation
- Understand the regulatory landscape in which CtM operates
- Providing oversight and monitoring adherence to policy and regulatory requirements
- Develop, maintain, analyse and report appropriate MI to enable our senior management teams to maintain an accurate overview of our compliance performance
- Helping clients introduce controls to help mitigate risks
- Building an understanding of the risk management framework and how the components work together
- Documenting regulatory reporting processes, risks and controls.
- Producing Management Information and reports: Delivering insight on new and emerging areas of risk through clear, accurate and timely reporting and analysis.
- Understand how Risk team effectively maintain governance of risks through a business partnering model.
- Develop an awareness of the purpose of controls and their role within the wider risk management process.
