About Clinical Leadership: As a key member of our executive team, you will provide expert clinical leadership to flourish, inspiring others through your actions. You will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to collectively provide strategic direction and leadership to clinical and operational teams.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £120,000 to £150,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to an extensive range of staff discounts on shopping, fitness, and leisure options, as well as salary sacrifice options, including our OFSTED-rated outstanding nursery onsite at Exeter.
