About the Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service and product knowledge, with opportunities for career progression within a leading innovator.
Main Tasks:
- Drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales consultants and floor staff.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives.
Essential Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in the tile and bathroom industry.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
What We Offer:
- Up to £32,000 + Commission.

Estimated Salary Range: £29,000 - £39,000 per annum depending on experience.
