Business Development Representative

Complete Roofing Systems Ltd is a leading nationwide roofing and cladding company. Due to its ongoing success and growth, the company is seeking a highly motivated and driven National Sales Executive. This exciting role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced industry.
Key Responsibilities- Achieving high levels of outbound calls and relevant email activity to potential new customers with the aim of generating new business opportunities
- Conducting thorough research on potential sales prospects via online platforms, social media, and other methods
- Identifying the most suitable individual to engage with once a lead has been identified and making initial contact to secure a meeting for the Business Development Manager
- Following up on outgoing tenders with clients and updating the sales team as necessary
- Liaising with various internal teams, including estimating, business development, and management
- Maintaining ownership of the internal CRM system and ensuring accurate data entry
- Staying up-to-date with product and service information to provide expert advice to customers
- Providing support to the sales team and assisting with various tasks as needed
- Generating sales reports and presenting key findings to the team during regular sales meetings
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- No prior construction experience is required, but it would be advantageous
- Previous B2B outbound sales experience is essential
- Proven ability to work towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report progress to management
- Strong lead qualification skills
- Demonstrated resilience and tenacity in the face of challenges
- Ability to meet specific deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize own workload
- A positive and outgoing personality, with a passion for delivering excellent results
- Excellent communication and response times
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm (4pm finish on the last Friday of every month)
- An estimated salary of £26,000 - £29,000 per annum, dependent on experience
- 25 days' annual leave
