Baoli Business Development Manager

This is a dynamic opportunity to join KION Group as a Baoli Dealer Manager, responsible for driving profitable growth through new business development, relationship-building activities, and expanding market coverage. The role will cover the UK&I region and involve representing the entire Baoli product and services range.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in assigned dealer accounts.
- Track and analyse sales performance metrics for dealers, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Provide training and support to dealers on Baoli's products, features, and specifications.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales tools to assist dealers in their efforts.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies in alignment with Baoli's business objectives.
- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel to meet partner performance objectives and partners' expectations.
Requirements:
- A high-performing individual with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain successful relationships with independent dealers.
- Proven track record in managing and expanding sales networks.
- Strong sales and technical background in fork trucks or similar equipment.
- Excellent understanding of the value segment within the fork truck or similar industry.
- In-depth understanding and experience of the Material Handling Industry (all business streams).
- Able to develop and execute strategies, plans, and budgets in line with overall business objectives.
- Able to communicate effectively and openly at all levels.
- Capital equipment and supporting finance package experience preferred.
- Commercial excellence with advanced understanding of business levers (Finance, Residual Value, Maintenance).
Salary Estimate:
£60,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience.
Location:
UK & Ireland wide role.
