Forklift Sales and Service Executive

We are seeking an experienced Baoli Dealer Manager to join our team in the UK & Ireland region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new dealer partners, driving profitable growth, and expanding market coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- BUILDING STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS: Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in assigned dealer accounts.
- SERVICE DELIVERY EXCELLENCE: Provide exceptional service to dealers, including training and support on Baoli's products, features, and specifications.
- MARKETING COLLABORATION: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales tools to assist dealers in their efforts.
- SALES GROWTH: Develop and implement effective sales strategies in alignment with Baoli's business objectives.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in managing and expanding sales networks.
- Strong sales and technical background in fork trucks or similar equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Candidates with capital equipment and supporting finance package experience are highly preferred.
Salary Estimate:
£55,000 - £75,000 per annum depending on experience.
