About the Role

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Executive Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Charity's finances, providing financial analysis and guidance, and challenging assumptions and decision-making as appropriate.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Financial Planning and Analysis

Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure the Charity's financial stability and growth. Provide financial analysis and guidance to support strategic decision-making.

Cash Management and Treasury

Oversee cash management and advise the Finance Committee on the distribution of cash and reserves between liquid and illiquid funds.

Financial Reporting and Compliance

Prepare and present financial reports to the Finance Committee and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.

Financial Risk Management

Identify and mitigate financial risks to the Charity. Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure the Charity's financial stability.

Leadership and Team Management

Lead and manage the Finance Team to ensure the effective delivery of financial services. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure their professional development.

Stakeholder Engagement

Engage with Trustees, the CEO, and other stakeholders to provide financial guidance and support. Represent the Charity's financial interests in meetings and discussions.

External Relationships

Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, Independent Financial Advisers, and Investment Managers. Ensure the Charity's financial interests are represented in these relationships.

Payroll and Benefits Administration

Oversee the payroll function and ensure timely delivery of the monthly payroll in conjunction with HR.

Business Case Development

Develop business cases to support revenue generation and capital spending proposals. Ensure these proposals are financially viable and aligned with the Charity's strategic objectives.
