Commercial Finance Business Partner

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for finance and business development? Do you want to be part of a dynamic team that drives business growth and improvement? We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our FP&A team within the finance department at AJW Group.
About the RoleThe Finance Business Partner will report directly to the Director of FP&A and will be responsible for providing accurate and meaningful insight to key business lines and customers through financial analysis and reporting. The role will take ownership of forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis and provide information to support decision-making for responsible business areas.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and accurate Management Information to aid the delivery of strategic objectives, operational performance, and financial targets.
- Ensure that key stakeholders have clear visibility and understanding of Financial Performance to enable strategic decision making.
- Communicate complex and challenging issues to support business understanding and mitigate risks.

Requirements- ACCA or CIMA qualified or qualified by significant experience.
- Recent experience within FP&A for an organisation of similar size and set up to AJW Group.
- Enjoys solving complex issues whilst integrating creativity.
- Passion, energy, drive, and agility.
- Proficient in MS Office with advanced skills in Excel.
- Excellent stakeholder management qualities, strong communication, collaboration, networking, and leadership skills are requisite to ensure alignment and to challenge and partner with business areas.
- High levels of commercial acumen.
