As a key member of our pharmacy department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the pre-registration pharmacy technicians workforce, ensuring robust plans and timetables are in place.

The successful candidate will have significant experience working as a hospital pharmacy technician, including line management and training presentations. They will also possess excellent clinical knowledge, dispensing skills, and pharmaceutical law expertise. Additionally, they will have proven ability to work to targets, motivate staff, and present information at senior level.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including flexible working patterns and opportunities for professional development.
