About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd in Stevenage. As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide targeted support to students with complex needs.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You will be responsible for creating a safe and inclusive learning environment, promoting student engagement and motivation.
