**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to lead our Specialist Contract Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the profit and loss responsibility for the branch, building and maintaining a strong team to handle distribution operations, and negotiating with clients to calculate and book quotes.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage the day-to-day delivery operations and activities across the warehouse
* Meet with, build, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
* Monitor KPIs and team performance
* Oversee the management of warehouse operations and ensure efficient use of resources

**Requirements**

* Strong and extensive experience in a senior and managerial logistics/supply chain position
* Excellent commercial and customer service skills
* Previous experience working for a UK-based haulier, warehouse/distribution centre, or supply chain specialist
