Are you an experienced Logistics Operations Manager seeking a new opportunity within a reputable manufacturing organization?

About the Role:
Arch Recruitment Solutions is currently in search of a skilled Logistics Operations Manager for a growing manufacturing firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the logistics team to ensure effective operations.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics for the logistics department.
  • Oversee the implementation of carrier scheduling and routing software, ensuring all updates meet contractual obligations.
  • Assess potential vendors and suppliers to evaluate their impact on service level agreements.
  • Facilitate comprehensive training for all logistics team members.
  • Optimize the use of departmental equipment, making necessary upgrades or replacements.
