About the Role

We are seeking an experienced High-Voltage Harness Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and building high-quality wiring harnesses for the automotive industry. This includes assembly of simple single crimp large diameter HV cables through to the high-pressure delivery of complex and challenging Formula One harnesses.

  • Prototyping on car and building first harness with minimal information to specify components for volume production builds
  • Coordinate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of projects
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective integration of wiring harnesses into vehicles
  • Analyse and resolve technical issues to ensure high-quality products
