We are currently recruiting for Support Staff to work in our Primary and Secondary Special Educational Needs Schools in the Walton on Thames area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to develop their skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities to children with SEN
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized education plans
- Provide one-to-one support to children with SEN as needed
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with the teaching team to plan and deliver lessons
- A positive attitude and a passion for supporting children with SEN
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working with children with SEN is desirable but not essential
