About the Role

TikTok is the leading short-form mobile video platform with global offices across the world. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our merchant acquisition and incubation team for TikTok Shop UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Mass Channel managers and High-Value acquisition teams to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Develop and implement seller outreach strategies to acquire and incubate new sellers, identifying roadblocks and coordinating resources across teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous process improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and taking proactive measures to address performance gaps.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure individual and collective growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or above in a relevant field.
  • Strong experience in mass account management or mass acquisition.
  • Experience in mass user or client management, familiar with key levels including EDM, SEM, SEO, seller onboarding process, incentive policy, growth mission, etc.
  • Good data sense and ability to deal with complex business analysis and intelligence.
  • Experience managing teams and proficient in cross-team collaboration and driving successful projects.
