Senior Lettings Manager - Residential Lettings

We are seeking an OUTSTANDING Lettings Professional to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents & Financial Services Professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth in a fast-paced lettings environment.

The Role:

  • Provide expert lettings advice and guidance to customers, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive profitability and business development, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead and motivate a team of lettings professionals, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Successfully list and let properties, working closely with landlords and tenants to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and conditions, using this knowledge to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including downloading new properties and agreeing strategies to match potential tenants.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lettings management, with a strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of lettings professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
