Job Title: Senior Lettings Negotiator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Connells in Canterbury. As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating tenancies, and maximizing the overall income and profitability of your branch.

About the Role:
  • Generate and book valuations, and may be required to carry out the occasional market appraisal/valuation.
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancies.

Requirements:
  • Estate agency experience, such as Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, or Estate Agent.
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Exceptional customer care/service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hold a full UK driving license.
