Lettings Negotiator

We're seeking a skilled and results-driven Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic residential Lettings team at Connells Group in Canterbury.
About the RoleAs a Lettings Negotiator, you'll be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion.
Key Responsibilities- Generate and book valuations to secure new business
- Conduct property viewings to showcase properties to potential clients
- Negotiate agreements to secure lets and progress deals through to completion
- Work closely with the Lettings team to achieve sales and lettings targets
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Experience in sales or lettings, preferably in a residential setting
- Full UK driving license
