Senior Lettings Manager - Residential Lettings

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Lettings Manager to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents & Financial Services Professionals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and driving business growth in the residential lettings sector.

The Role:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants.
  • Manage a team of lettings professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the residential lettings market.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth in the residential lettings sector.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of managing a team of lettings professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience of developing and implementing effective business strategies.
