About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Invoice Finance Administrator to join our team at Paragon Banking Group PLC. As an Invoice Finance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in assisting our SME customers manage their cash flow needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake data processing of client records, transfer funds, and review bank statements.
  • Assist in the daily reconciliation processes.
  • Complete a range of office administrative duties.
  • Gain experience working with sales colleagues by assisting in the production of various reports.
  • Support our risk management teams in the preparation of compliance reports extracted from our operating software systems.

About You

We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic and energetic, with a desire to learn about how their role benefits our clients and protects us from potential loss. You will be inquisitive and passionate about your development and training, proactively sharing knowledge gained with colleagues to help improve how we do things.
