About The Role

As an Invoice Finance Administrator, you'll play a vital role in our SME customers' cash flow management, working closely with our sales colleagues to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities
  • Process and manage client records, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  • Transfer funds and review bank statements to maintain up-to-date records.
  • Assist in daily reconciliation processes and complete administrative duties with attention to detail.
  • Support the production of reports and assist risk management teams in preparing compliance reports from our operating software systems.
  • Develop your technical knowledge and skills through training and study opportunities.

About You

As an Invoice Finance Administrator, you'll be working in a fast-paced environment, so strong communication and teamwork skills are essential. You'll also have a keen eye for detail and be comfortable working with Microsoft and our internal IT systems.
