About the Role

NTT DATA is seeking a skilled Collaboration Client Partner to join our team. As a quota-bearing sales persona, you will work closely with services teams to identify, develop, and close systems integration and Collaboration Managed Service and outsourcing deals. Your expertise will be essential in becoming a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them navigate the complexities of Collaboration managed services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create demand and sell Collaboration managed services solutions by assisting clients in identifying and qualifying current needs and articulating how NTT DATA can add value through its Collaboration services and solutions offering.
  • Address client objections and effectively allocate sales time between assigned clients and new prospect opportunities, ensuring focus remains on top clients/prospects and balancing opportunity size with likely outcomes.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients across all levels, particularly the C-suite, and network with senior internal and external stakeholders in the specialist area of expertise.
  • Manage the entire sales process, contracting process, and legal implications of a deal, ensuring successful collaboration with regional leads and services teams to achieve the best outcome for the client.
  • Collaborate with partners and/or vendors to drive select deals through vendor-based opportunities and work with broader organization teams, such as Offer Management, Commercial Architecture, and Delivery, to promote and support high-value services opportunities.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated significant track record of managed services solutions to large enterprise accounts.
  • Advanced experience structuring large, multi-year profitable contracts.
  • Strong understanding of video conferencing platforms, platform delivered services, and cloud-based services and solutions, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Conversant with a business outcome-led approach to sales and familiarity with document management platforms and cybersecurity principles.
