Job Title: Sales Manager for Veterinary Channel

Hill's Pet Nutrition is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Veterinary Channel sales efforts in the Northern UK territory. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing commercial plans, and building strong relationships with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute commercial plans to achieve sales and 6Ps goals in the Veterinary Channel
  • Lead a team of Territory Managers to achieve sales and 6Ps goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Participate in Country Commercial Planning Process and provide feedback on Hill's commercial initiatives
  • Conduct business meetings and negotiations with customers and partners
  • Manage local Small Key Account and Wholesalers
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification in business or commercial field
  • At least 3 years experience in Customer Development/Sales
  • Experience in Field Sales leadership
  • Proven track record of successful commercial skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Communication & negotiation skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Used to work under pressure and strong focus on achieving the agreed targets
