Administrative Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Planning Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project documentation, timelines, and reports.
About the Role:
- Manage project records, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to meet project milestones.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect any changes or delays.
- Coordinate resource allocation to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction planning, administration, or a related role.
- Proficiency in planning software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Knowledge of construction industry processes and regulations is an advantage.
