We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves, a leading education recruiter in London. The successful candidate will work with a well-established secondary school in Enfield Chase, North London, supporting students with challenging behaviour.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on young people's lives. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be part of a supportive pastoral team, working closely with staff across all departments to ensure consistent support for students in need.

Key responsibilities include patrolling hallways to maintain a safe and positive school environment, supporting students in overcoming behavioural challenges, and building meaningful relationships with students to encourage personal development and progress.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field involving behaviour.
  • Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
  • Commitment to working with students of varying ages, from diverse backgrounds.

Salary: £4,300 per month (approximately £100 per day, including holiday pay). Location: Enfield Chase, North London. Contract: Long-term, full-time until the end of the academic year.
