Student Behaviour Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our supportive team in a North London secondary school. This is a long-term role, ideal for someone looking for the next chapter of their career.
Job Description- Role Overview: Provide one-on-one support to students with challenging behaviour and help them develop essential life skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment. Our ideal candidate will have experience working with students with challenging behaviour and be passionate about making a positive difference in their lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualised support to students with challenging behaviour, helping them to develop emotional regulation strategies and improve their overall well-being.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to implement targeted interventions and develop individualised education plans.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of whole-school behaviour policies and procedures.
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Location: North London secondary school.
