We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our team at a well-established secondary school in Enfield Chase, North London.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about guiding young people and helping them navigate challenging behaviour. The successful candidate will work closely with our pastoral team to support students displaying difficult behaviour, making a lasting impact on their lives.
Key responsibilities include patrolling hallways to maintain a safe and positive school environment, supporting students in overcoming behavioural challenges, and building meaningful relationships to encourage personal development and progress.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field, and experience working with students of varying ages from diverse backgrounds. We offer a competitive salary of £100 per day, including holiday pay (paid weekly via PAYE), and a long-term, full-time contract until the end of the academic year.
