Job Title: Senior PBS Practitioner Lead
We are seeking an experienced Senior Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to lead the delivery of Positive Behaviour Support services across our sites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and evaluating interventions, conducting behavioural assessments, and providing direct training and support to site teams.
You will need to have a strong background in behavioural support, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality services that promote wellbeing and quality of life for individuals with learning disabilities and/or Autism. Your expertise in conducting behavioural assessments and developing effective interventions will enable you to make a significant impact on the lives of our service users.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and has a demonstrated history of success in leading Positive Behaviour Support initiatives. If you have a formal qualification in Positive Behaviour Support, such as a BSc or MSc, and experience working with individuals with challenging behaviour, we encourage you to apply.
The successful candidate will also be required to deliver PROACT-SCIPr-UK training across the region and hold a valid disclosure at an appropriate level from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
