Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Administrator to join our team in the Garden of England.

Responsibilities
  • Implement policies as directed by the trust/directorate for the department, ensuring awareness throughout the department.
  • Ensure an appropriate and effective customer interface and seamless service.
  • Maintain high levels of competence in admin tasks and communication with colleagues.
  • Attend team meetings face-to-face or virtually.
  • Book rooms/desks and maintain booking systems for teams.
  • Informal consultation about work objectives and change and obtain feedback.
  • Assist staff with recruitment using the Trac system.
Main Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Administering the Trust Room Booking System (Matrix).
  • Ensuring accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks.
  • Fostering positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mental health administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
