Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Mental Health Administrator to join our team in the Garden of England.
Responsibilities- Implement policies as directed by the trust/directorate for the department, ensuring awareness throughout the department.
- Ensure an appropriate and effective customer interface and seamless service.
- Maintain high levels of competence in admin tasks and communication with colleagues.
- Attend team meetings face-to-face or virtually.
- Book rooms/desks and maintain booking systems for teams.
- Informal consultation about work objectives and change and obtain feedback.
- Assist staff with recruitment using the Trac system.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Administering the Trust Room Booking System (Matrix).
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks.
- Fostering positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mental health administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
