Job Description

The Impact Monitoring & Evaluation Manager will be responsible for developing key impact measurement frameworks (KPIs) that assess the most appropriate ways to demonstrate the broad impact that the Charity is having on young people.

This role involves monitoring the effectiveness of all charitable activities, maintaining KPIs, and data that feeds into them. The successful candidate will also regularly assess data and escalate any gaps to the Youth Services Director or broader Youth Services Leadership Team to collectively work on solutions.

A salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum is offered for this position, reflecting the importance of the role in ensuring the Charity's services are meeting their objectives.
