Job Description: Volunteer Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Volunteer Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective volunteer programs, managing volunteer data, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage volunteer programs that meet the needs of the organization and its stakeholders.
  • Manage volunteer data and provide insightful reports to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in people management, volunteer coordination, or a related field.
  • Exceptional administrative, IT, and communication skills.
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for travel within the service area.
