Job Title: Transport Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Administrator to join our team at ACS Staffing Solutions in Northampton.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance for our fleet of HGVs and vans, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of vehicle documents, including maintenance schedules and compliance checks.
  • Support the operational team with administrative tasks, including data entry and report generation.
  • Update internal systems and records to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Collaborate with the Transport Manager and directors to ensure effective maintenance planning and execution.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a transport or logistics role, with a good understanding of fleet management and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems and software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
