Key Responsibilities:
  • Transportation and Labour Coordination: Coordinating the scheduling and execution of installations, managing internal teams and subcontractors, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Subcontractor Management: Managing and coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Documentation Verification: Reviewing and verifying internal and external documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and achievability.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and customers.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to review and verify documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
  • IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Desirable:
  • Tachograph and O License Operation: Experience with Tachograph and O License operation.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel if required.
