About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Change Analyst to support the delivery of our clients' transformation programme. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our Change Manager and Change Lead colleagues to develop a deep understanding of the impact of change and ensure the right measures are in place to drive successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of the change management strategy for the transformation programme
  • Conduct change impact and risk assessments to inform the change management plan
  • Develop and track change adoption metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our change management interventions
  • Collaborate with our communications and training experts to design and implement training and communications plans to support colleagues through change
Requirements
  • Proven experience in change management across multiple change initiatives
  • Ability to provide actionable, data-driven insights to inform the change management plan
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and challenge people inclusively
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical language for non-technical audiences
