At Hunter AHP Resourcing, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Social Worker to join our Network Team on a locum basis. This exciting opportunity allows you to work alongside an experienced team and contribute to delivering high-quality patient care in Barnet.

Key Details:

  • Job Title: Registered Social Worker
  • Location: Barnet
  • Duration: 3 months ongoing
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
  • Salary: £30ph (Umbrella)

About the Role:

  1. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  2. We require a candidate who is committed to providing high-quality patient care and can effectively plan and set up personalized care and support plans that maximize long-term independence and choice.
  3. The successful candidate will conduct risk assessments, Mental Capacity Act assessments, and manage an allocated caseload in compliance with statutory requirements and professional best practice.
  4. Liaising with local services, specialist teams, and the voluntary sector, the role requires effective working relationships and holistic service delivery.
  5. A commitment to promoting direct payments and understanding financial assessments is essential.
  6. As a car driver, you must be able to travel across multiple sites.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Current and valid registration with the Social Work England (SWE) register
  • Proven experience within a Social Work role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
  • Car driver to travel across multiple sites
