Exciting opportunity to join Churchill Services as a Business Development Insights Specialist. This role will be based in the UK and offers a competitive salary with commission.

The Business Development Insights Specialist will play a vital part in the Growth Business Development team, focusing on building and implementing an insight and research function. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, this individual will be fully supported by the Business Development Team, Bid Team, pricing and CRM team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining an insight and research function for prospect and client development.
  • Collaborating with marketing, business development, and external providers to track and target accounts with decision-making units mapped, including creating Account-Based Marketing campaigns and arranging agreed networking events across the Group.
  • Presenting Churchill Services and sibling brands to potential clients through direct communication.
  • Creating tailored presentations to potential clients as part of ongoing engagement.
  • Supporting win plans and capture planning for priority pipeline.
  • Working with the bid team on agreed opportunities to create win themes and solutions per opportunity detailing compelling reasons to win, including clear commitments across all opportunities.
  • Generating weekly reports and CRM dashboards as required by the Chief Growth Officer.
Requirements
  • Experience in sales or marketing, preferably in Facility Management.
  • Ability to attend meetings at different locations within your designated region and other regions as necessary (although the role is home-based).
  • Drive, motivation, and attention to detail in ensuring all growth opportunities are explored and capitalized.
  • Good communication skills with interpersonal skills to interact at all levels.
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook) and CRM databases.
  • Flexible in working within the duties of the role and working hours, in order to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to accept and implement feedback in a continuously developing environment.
  • Able to plan and prioritize workload to ensure objectives are achieved on time.
