Teaching Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated teaching assistant to join our team and support the education of children with SEMH needs.

About the Position:
  • You will be working closely with teachers to deliver high-quality education to students with SEMH needs.
  • You will assist in implementing individual education plans and monitoring student progress.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting students with SEMH needs in a classroom setting.
  • Working closely with teachers to develop and implement effective lesson plans.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and providing regular feedback.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a teaching assistant, particularly with SEMH students.
  • A commitment to supporting high-quality education for students with SEMH needs.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary: £29,000 - £39,000 per annum.
