Bilingual HR Administrator Opportunity

A global biopharmaceutical company is looking for a bilingual Italian or Spanish speaking HR Administrator to work within the HR Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support to global team members, handling complex HR queries, and maintaining accurate HR data.

Responsibilities include acting as a subject matter expert for the Italian or Spanish market, addressing questions from employees, managers, executives, and HR colleagues about HR procedures, processes, and policies. You will also manage and update HR data in Workday, advise on company policies and leave laws, and support HR administrative processes and data accuracy.

  • Substantial experience in HR or HR Shared Services
  • Proficiency in utilising HR Systems, particularly Workday's Data Management features
  • Essential proficiency in verbal, written, interpersonal, and telephone communication

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience managing HR inquiries and hold an HR qualification advantageous (not mandatory). Salary: Up to £41,000 per annum + depending on experience. Hybrid work pattern in Stockley Park 3 days per week and 2 days from home.
