Job Title: Product Manager - Luxury Villas

At DERTOUR UK, we're seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for managing our luxury villa portfolio, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and negotiate contracts with villa owners, agents, and partners to expand our luxury villa portfolio.
  • Conduct destination research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize our product offerings.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and improve margins.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure that our products are effectively marketed and sold.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure that our villas are accurately and effectively advertised.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing DERTOUR UK at industry events and functions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Product Manager role within the travel industry.
  • Superb network of contacts within the villa or luxury travel sector.
  • Innovative and creative approach with a solution-focused mindset.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Passion for travel and the villa market.
  • Willingness to travel.
