Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Coordinator to join our team at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW). As a key member of our Contracts and Systems team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our contracts and systems across our facilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist the Contracts and Systems Manager in fielding and escalating enquiries from external and internal parties.
  • Support the Contracts and Systems Manager and the Facilities Team in the operational day-to-day running of operational and centralised contracts, systems, and administration services.
  • Assist the Contracts and Systems Manager in managing Health & Safety, updating Risk Assessments, undertaking Risk Assessments, and supporting with completion of RIDDOR investigations.
  • Provide business support out of hours where necessary.

  • Essential qualifications: Educated to GCSE level - NVQ Level 4/OND or equivalent experience in a service industry.
  • Desirable qualifications: Health and Safety or Food Hygiene Certificate.
