Exciting Opportunity for a Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic Sales & Recruitment Team at Walsall College. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in sourcing apprenticeship candidates and matching them with suitable vacancies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and recruiting high-quality apprenticeship candidates
  • Building strong relationships with employers and applicants
  • Working closely with our Skills & Training Consultants to identify talent and match candidates with vacancies
  • Attending careers events and promoting our apprenticeship opportunities
