Apprenticeship Recruitment Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Apprenticeship Recruitment Resourcer. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education and career development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and recruit potential apprentices from the National Apprenticeship Service website and align them with our clients' needs.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote apprenticeship opportunities.
  • Organize and execute Open Day events and school STEM project events to engage with students and promote our apprenticeship programmes.
  • Manage and maintain our social media and marketing presence to increase our online profile.
  • Review and administer recruitment platforms and websites to promote In-Comm's apprenticeship vacancies.
Requirements:
  • Technical or industrial competence within a specific sector area to Level 2 standard.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to drive to schools, colleges, and skills shows to promote apprenticeship opportunities.
