About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Apprenticeship Recruitment Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting potential apprentices from the National Apprenticeship Service website and aligning them with our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market and promote apprenticeship opportunities through various channels, including social media, open events, and career fairs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and other stakeholders to promote apprenticeship opportunities.
  • Organize and execute open events and school STEM project events to showcase apprenticeship opportunities.
  • Review and administer recruitment platforms and websites to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Requirements
  • Technical or industrial competence within a specific sector area to Level 2 standard.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to drive to schools, colleges, and other locations to promote apprenticeship opportunities.
