### Job Title: Apprenticeship Quality Assurance Officer

### Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Officer to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our Quality Assurance Team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of all quality cycles across our College provision.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor the implementation of systems and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
* Conduct regular classroom and workplace activities to assess the quality of teaching and learning
* Support staff through contribution to the Learning Walk process and provide feedback to improve teaching practices
* Collaborate with Business Support Areas to maximize their impact on delivery and the College's Strategic Ambitions
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure the quality of provision

### Requirements:

* MOS Specialist in Word/Excel with excellent interpersonal skills
* At least a Level 3 NVQ Administration (or equivalent) qualification
* Proven experience in quality assurance and improvement
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
