About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supporting Apprenticeships and will possess excellent communication and organisational skills. They will be proactive and able to prioritise workloads, with a strong ability to liaise with learners and employers, answer queries, and provide support where necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular progress updates with apprentices and their learners to ensure they are on track to meet their goals.
- Identify, report, and assist learners who may require additional learning support, ensuring they receive the necessary resources to succeed.
- Communicate with sector specialists to contextualise feedback and drive learner improvement, providing valuable insights to inform future support strategies.
- Chase overdue interactions and work submissions, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
- Produce accurate and detailed meeting reports, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities for early interventions where support is needed, providing timely and effective assistance to learners and employers.
- Provide first-line support and effective signposting for learners and employers, ensuring they have access to the resources and guidance they need to succeed.
